About these records
This statewide directory groups statements by the PDC’s person ID. Offices and candidacies describe the reporting period, not necessarily the person’s current position. People without office information remain in statewide name searches.
County government filters cover jurisdictions explicitly named for a county, including county courts. Use Agency or jurisdiction to find cities, schools, special districts and state agencies. Multi-county jurisdictions can appear under more than one county.
A reporting-year filter includes periods that overlap that year. The directory is a dated index; individual statements and organization searches are retrieved from the PDC when opened. Older or redacted statements may not have structured details. Absence of an entry is not proof that an interest does not exist.
The PDC publishes only the latest submission for each reporting period. Comparisons show differences between periods, not amendment history. Amounts are shown as filed, including reporting ranges, without estimating net worth. Street addresses, property locations and family members’ names are omitted here.
Organization results match names in reported income sources, business associations, financial institutions, creditors, gifts or lobbying ties. Similar names do not establish that organizations are the same entity.
