Absolutely ALARMING.

This is something that everyone should find terrifying. Our courts should not be acting in such a way, and if it's all because of one personality --- that personality should be reported to our state's Judicial oversight (https://www.cjc.state.wa.us/) and the State's Attorney General. I'm sure if complaints flood in... there would be some action (although, who knows?).

The courts should NOT be behaving this way.

They are elected officials. Elected officials in the U.S. must tolerate a high degree of criticism (including false statements, if any) due to the First Amendment, which protects debate on public issues. There is nothing to show that any statements made by this, or any substack author, were done with knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth, established in New York Times v. Sullivan.

Terrifying is the best description. The courts hum along in the background and in my opinion most don't realize how much power is there until something like arises and is brought to the publics attention. This should be getting more press and shouted from the mountains tops.

Good God, we are talking about the very people court cases are brought to concerning unlawful censorship of the press and what documents are allowed for public viewing! These government workers have no right to claim ignorance of the law. They aren’t the law, they are hired to uphold the law!

Clallam County Superior Court, Deputy Court Administrator Kaysey. Clayton Court Administrator Lacey Halberg and Presiding Judge Simon Barnhart all played a significant role in allowing a digital gag order, which failed, and subsequently pivoted to targeted censorship. What?

Anthony, thank you for acknowledging the reporters and staff of these newspapers, they have been falsely vilified.

You appropriately placed the blame where it belongs, the corporate ownership.

Sheesh! While it doesn't surprise me that the judicial team would sink to this level, it seems pretty stupid. I imagine they know the consequences. Yet, they roll the dice, anyway. So, is it worth launching a lawsuit? Is it criminal? If so, who would indict them?

Brian Parker... (eye roll). Why can't they get any normal people around here?

A complaint with the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice?

LDS runs Clallam County, and have many civil servants in all levels of local government at their behest so I am not surprised. It's like the "Village of the Damned" but its the" Village of the Damned Mormons" ..insidiously infiltrated to steal precious land, real estate , government contracts, grants etc.from e erybody else. With the use of " travellers", shell companies, illegal tax shelters, and digital frauds, forgeries, and " private" leases, contracts, USDA FSA com plicit.
