Pete Barnes was the fall guy who went to prison for them. Brad's Skate Shop was used as storage for their documents.

In an affidavit, Wolfley described Moore’s presence in Clallam County as a source of “sleeplessness, loss of appetite, irritability, worry, and stress.” --- That is called GUILT on your part.

Yet Basden’s firm went to court to enforce the exile, arguing that her presence alone caused Wolfley “emotional pain.” --- That would be GUILT again.

but because Wolfley’s wife had discovered his involvement with “yet a third woman.” ---- Wife scorned big time.

Anthony, your article reads like a cross between a Tom Clancy and Steven King Novel. To readers, It would be best to have a Law Dictionaries & Terminology handy while reading this article because this is all about extreme abuse of the legal system.

WOLFLEY HIDING IN SHEEP CLOTHING BEHIND A JUDGE'S GOWN

WOLFLEY/ BASDEN GLOSSARY OF WORDS

Sex, drugs, judge, lies, deceit, exile, falsification, fraud, threats, intimidation, retraining order, infidelity, good ole boy justice, religion. sexual misconduct, harassment, stalking, predatory behavior, eviction action, unlawful detainer, abuse of legal system, voluntary dismissal, pedophile?

As you stated Anthony, “For the residents of Clallam County, the question remains: Can a judge who once helped his business partner try to legally exile a victim from Washington state be trusted to dispense impartial justice?”

Fantastic journalism!

Basden was the judge during the fight against the MAT Clinic. Three times ruling for the City of Sequim and Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe against Save Our Sequim.

Great article, by the way!

It's a travesty! And it's not just evil that he did this. It's embarrassing! It's like, "Bro...I feel sooooo sad because my wife found out about another side chick AGAIN!...I feel sick to my tummy...Can you do me favor and get rid of this woman from the state forever? Pretty please?" "Yeah, ole buddy! Don't worry! I can banish anybody we don't like anymore from the state because I have no conscience and I'm the king around here!"

The term to use is "Justice". Our country has a history of defending the "little people". I hope this is an example of justice in action.

Wouldn't it be "justice" if someone who had authority would speak up and act on it?
