King county Judge Maureen McKee used claims of parental alienation to increase my ex's residential time in APRIL 2019. She also said that my ex could have primary custody simply because he completed 2 years in DV treatment. She also said he deserved "a turn" at full custody and sole decision-making.
Mcee ignored Dr. Tutty's recommendations that my ex have SUPERVISED visits and NO CONTACT with my children at school and on school days.
Dr. Tutty was very good to my children and me. He made my son Nicolaas feel that he mattered. My public school district hired him to give my son Nicolaas an education evaluation in 2019, he was in 6th grade. My daughter was in 2nd grade at that time. I had full custody and sole decision-making.
My ex has MANDATORY RCW 26.09.191 Restrictions on him since 2015. He was arrested for strangling my oldest son when he was 17. He brutally assaulted my 3 children and me since 2007. He has CPS founded findings since 2014.
He stalked, strangled, drove into my 17 year old son on October 9, 2023. He made false missing person reports on my sweet 17 year old son Nicolaas from April 2022 to August 2024. and King county missing persons detective Janet Gregory stalked my son while ignoring the fact that my ex was a documented Domestic Violence perpetrator with a criminal history. My ex followed through on his threats to kill us. He killed my son in August 2024 and mutilated, harvested, and sold my child's body for financial gain and revenge against me and my son for reporting his horriffic abuse.
Judge McKee did not care.
In February 2019, Dr. Tutty evaluated my son Nicolaas as highly gifted, talented, and needed protection from his dad. My son told Dr. Tutty everything his dad was doing to him. Dr. Steve Tutty tried to protect us. Judge McKee gave my ex the access he needs to kill us.

Holy F!! I’m so sorry Momma! That is an incredible and heartbreaking story. I hope he’s in prison for the rest of his breathing days & I pray that judge is right next to him!! This is why we as citizens need to be able to hold these judges accountable for their decisions! Maybe then they’ll be a little more careful about which side they choose!!! While there are cases of women who manipulate their children, it's not usually in cases where abuse is reported by the children to psychologists in a private setting, but especially when there are doctor's reports that give evidentiary support to the case. But to have a blanket view of all cases is just unimaginable. Brent has too many cases ruled, as we've seen reported, to be coincidental. He obviously favors men. He will protect them whether they are a perpetrator, or not. Brent must have had some really bad personal experience with women, or he was trained to treat/view them as something inferior. My guess is the later. The doctrines of the LDS church tell that story.
This is so sad for all of these victims, especially the children.

FINALLY! Basden has been treating the moms of Clallam county unfairly for as long as he’s been in family court! He held me in contempt TWICE for keeping my daughter on Mother’s Day! Fined me $500 and threatened me with jail. He also refused to hold the “dad” in contempt multiple times for not paying medical bills ( over $20k), or other financial obligations that were ordered by him in the divorce & child support order, and when the child made allegations of her dad physically threatening to hit her- he wouldn’t have a conversation with her, wouldn’t order counseling, a gardiem ad litem, nothing to help her… except threaten Me with contempt & her with juvenile detention if she wouldn’t go to his house! He allowed him to steal tax years when being thousands in arrears in child support- I have dozens of rediculous incidents that he could have protected my daughter from but instead told me the abuse she was enduring “was none of my business while at her fathers house”!!! I could go on & on. And I’m sure it wasn’t just me around here who got treated like “the help” & had tens of thousands of dollars in child support withheld from us! We should get a class action suit filed against him & the county for allowing it for soooo long! What is up with letting judges run amuck around here? Different but kinda like the judge Porter days with no bail warrants & his infamous pay or appear!
