I call these local scandal/ cover ups the real " trickle down effect" ....we see the biggest cover-up ever exposed with those grotesque Trumpstein files and watch how county governments do the same thing knowing nothing will ever change for those at the top. The county in Oregon where I grew up is ready to.go bankrupt because of all the fraud and sexual scandal .
I just thank God we have investigative reporters like Anthony to expose the truth. Clallam County is ready to go bankrupt supporting fraud. I was shocked that fraud and sexual scandals are happening in an area of just 73,000 residents. Seattle has been rotting and dying for years now. I imagine it will look like Detroit soon.
While troubling given the extremely brief and bare details of the two deaths presented here, entirely absent is any legal analysis of either case. Why is there practically zero discussion of the cases, and most of this post is spent advocating for removal and showing that it is possible?
Your ratio of judgment to consideration is way off and you have not nearly made your case on the evidence and discussion you presented.
Maybe Basden did make two horrendous rulings given the facts and legal standards he was supposed to apply, but there isn't nearly enough here to support that determination.
Wrong. Go read all of the other articles he’s written about this judge and all of his buddies here (like Tutty and Wolfley). They’re disgustingly corrupt LDS perverts that should be on the opposite end of legal proceedings. He’s failed our county time and time again - these are just 2 of the many instances. It’s truly mind blowing to me that he even still has a seat at the table - but that’s what you get with “the good old boys” here in Port Angeles. 😒👎
