Anthony, I feel a kinship here, coincidentally I had my Arbitration hearing also on May 14! I am waiting to hear from the Arbitrator’s decision after closing arguments next week. The same strategy was used on me to bankrupt me by extending the process of a hearing by 3 years and bombardments of fines and lawyer fees. The saying, “he who has the most money wins” unfortunately is true. Justice, many times, comes down to money.
I love the fact you get to film the court hearing. I hope you can also recover your lawyer fees, THAT WOULD BE JUSTICE! I am certainly behind you and I know you will win ; )
I am very sorry that the criminals have weaponized the law against great folks like you, however I do believe that the old corrupt "legal system" is dying or dead and FAR better days are ahead!
Do you really feel that the corruption is dying? In my experience, it seems to be getting much much worse, at least in Family Court where perjury is the norm and nobody with money and power is ever held accountable.
I need allies too. I have money to invest in going after the bad guys, but nobody to help me do it.
If I had had the funds I would have invested in crushing them.
During my nightmare in this court system I tried to warn people what was happening, but most didn't want to hear it and many thought I was embellishing things . I admit, if one had always believed in justice for all and the rule of law .it did sound unimaginable .
The proudest moment of the trial was the judge threatening to find me in contempt after I pointed out the lies spewing from Wolfley and his * client" . By that time I didn't give a crap about what he threatened . Now, I know I was lucky I am I wasn't incarcerated or worse . The stress my husband and I were put thru for over 2 yrs was so damaging to every aspect of our lives .
Michael Heath, I will let you know when I win and if I get attorney fees I asked for. We are talking in the $50,000 range. Long battle, but some are well worth fighting for. My Marine Corps father would have been proud and disappointed if I had not fought it.
Yes, please do let me know what you can, because as an American Constitutionalist with a heavy background studying the law, it is VERY important for me to monitor this change into the common law system that I have been tracking for years now. I don't know anything about your case; however, I wish you well! Yes, absolutely, there are some matters that "we" absolutely MUST pursue! In fact, I am preparing federal criminal racketeering charges against numerous Individuals in our local government systems, NGOs, and some of the more notorious Individuals in our community! R.I.C.O. charges, with a "Subversion/Treason" back~! Then, in due time, my wife has a multi-million dollar claim against numerous parties who terrorized her and attacked her career in the medical industry because she was doing her duty to save her patients by telling them the truth about the dangerous and deadly COVID mass murder vaccines... There are going to be a HUGE number of lawsuits coming all over the US and world~! If the funding that we expect materializes, I actually have plans to build my own common law - legal office, believe it or not... Together, "we" will change America for the better and get rid of these criminals who have been destroying our beloved country! I have old connections to the US Navy and especially The Marines, so yes, make your father proud~!!!
This "win" for The Olympic Herald may be proof that the American Constitutional common law system is already replacing the old corrupt unconstitutional corporate law (Maritime law) system of the evil criminals of humanity that many of us have been waiting for~! If/When that does happen, the criminal judges, lawyers, and other evil scumbags who have been weaponizing the law against folks need to spend the rest of their lives in prison~!
