Right on! Good points. I’m wondering if this has a bit to do with the personalities involved enhancing the actual behaviors on both sides.

Sounds like the "old guard" at the school board doesn't like the new person trying to find ways to make things better. Maybe the citizens want a little new blood based on the fact that Director Hamilton trounced her opponent in the election!

And there were have it. The politics of things is ineffective when two opposing parties can't agree on a compromise or even listen. "...not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control..." (2 Timothy 3:3) Sign of the times.

It is FAR more likely that the Port Angeles School Board should be brought up on criminal charges, rather than be allowed to harass and sideline a good Individual who is just trying to get to the bottom of the corruption in the school district and raise public awareness~! One does not need to be a brain surgeon to be able to see that the Port Angeles School Board has COMPLETELY failed to do their basic job to protect and properly educate the children. Few if any children graduate high school with any employable skills and experience. The drug addicted homeless in the area endanger the children and provide the worst possible examples of society to follow. Port Angeles has experienced SO many young adults jumping off of the overpasses, that they had to erect tall fences as a weak attempt to keep them from killing themselves out of a sense of hopelessness and despair~! There are fewer positive, productive, and fun things for the young ones to do in Port Angeles, than there was just 50 years ago or so.... So, the Port Angeles School District has utterly failed in every conceivable way, and it is they who should be given the boot and be held criminally responsible for turning our community into a garbage dump along with the entire management level of government in Port Angeles~!

Sincerely, Mike

So I see you taking the board to task here for what you decided is against the director's free speech rights (a weird call when she's being potentially being censured for making private meeting information public). Any notes on why she is potentially being muzzled? It seems like you left a large portion of the story out.
