A Seattle attorney currently serving a nine-month suspension for trust account violations and a barrage of frivolous lawsuits, has lost his latest legal challenge in the Washington State Court of Appeals.
The article didn't mention that at the trial level, attorney Ellery Johannessen, was personally sanctioned $2,000 for violating CR 11 in making bad faith arguments to the court on behalf of Kuhlmeyer. This paper does a great job serving the public's interest. This was the only newspaper that also picked up the formal charges by WDOH against Steve Tutty which has now been widely circulated. Well done!

It’s dangerous for an attorney to have a fertile imagination. They can become their own worst enemy.
This guy should have moved his case to Clallam County and Judge Basden 😆
