The arrest of former Clallam County Drug Court Coordinator Johnny Watts during an armed police standoff earlier this week has sparked public scrutiny of the Clallam County Superior Court.
Nice work Harris county TX. Not surprising though. I know a handful of folks in Texas who did hard time for activities that happen in the open at the Port Angeles grocery store parking lot on a regular basis.

That system was in full view to anyone unfortunate enough to be involved in this court system decades ago as I have spoken about when telling some of what my husband and I were put through . Many involved have retired but several names keep popping up. They continue to be exposed every few yrs . A few are supposedly " brought to justice " but still those ubiquitous names continue to come up. This goes on everywhere .
