The Washington State Department of Health has filed a Statement of Charges against social worker Tiffany Chhuom, alleging a years-long pattern of “aggressive, misleading, and erratic” conduct that includes doxxing, filing false abuse reports, and accusing individuals of heinous crimes such as murder and participation in child sex rings.
