Local law enforcement apprehended a 43-year-old man on a fully extraditable warrant in connection with a 2008 double homicide in Concord, North Carolina.
Since 2011: 288 contacts with the police and NOT EVER ONCE checked his background? I would think that was a standard practice in police enforcement. 14 felonies... WHY was he let out? It wasn't until the CONCORD, NC detective issued an extraditable warrant on 5/21 that they took action because the HAD to. What is WRONG with our police force around here? This guy should have fried long ago. One of the murdered person's wife was outside the building when her husband was shot by Talbert. She's a witness, though only for identity of him being on site during the murder. But I'm sure that there is other evidence.
HOW did this a-hole end up here? Can we finally quite bringing in or allowing these out-of-town criminals to stay here? Send them back where they belong. The extradition should have happened long ago.
288 contacts, 14 felonies, countless "outreach" contacts. The local homeless industrial complex will mi$$ him
Holy cow!
