Wow. Incredible research. I had no idea of the history of alienation, but its quite clear its designed to enable abusive behavior by fathers. It's illegitimate and deserves to be put to rest.

The courts appear to be lacking in their own clarity and understanding if they are believing and relying on this nonsense. Also, the larger theme I see in your articles is THERE IS NO OVERSIGHT yet these cases, courtrooms, and professionals ruin families and lives.

Also, why don’t they get the mental health evaluations, or any sort of assessment of their fitness, if they have such significant power?

There's a reason why we never hear about a family court judge ruling "parental alienation" in favor of a mother trying to protect her children. Even though a man molesting his own children and then attacking their mother and trying to take them away from her would be an accurate description of actual parental alienation.

Horrific. This is a problem in family courts all over the United States. This is pathologizing healthy children and protective, natural parents. The pedophile and rapist is framed as the normal one, and the protective parent and children are punished by the system for wanting safety.

We now know the Clallam Co. side thanks to you but to find out it is so huge in the state is truly disturbing. These are kids!

Thinking that those put in power care about our children is foolish as we see the grotesque reality of the E Files
