The Washington State Department of Health has filed a Statement of Charges against social worker Tiffany Chhuom, alleging a years-long pattern of “aggressive, misleading, and erratic” conduct that includes doxxing, filing false abuse reports, and accusing individuals of heinous crimes such as murder and participation in child sex rings.
A Washington and Utah psychologist is facing formal charges from the Washington State Department of Health regarding his handling of a child custody evaluation.
Steve R. Tutty, PhD, was named in a Statement of Charges issued by the Examining Board of Psychology on October 27, 2025.
